The focus of coaching is you. You design a plan that moves you towards your desired quality of life outcomes and goals. Your coach- is your support system and accountability partner in helping you develop strategies and actions that get you results. I look forward to meeting you on the phone and learning what you need to make your life simpler, healthier and happier.

Spiral Coaching Owner- Gwen Pettit, PT, MA, MS, PCC
Gwen is a Certified Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a physical therapist and has worked in the area of health and wellness for over 30 years. Her passion is helping busy professionals create a healthy lifestyle that supports their personal growth and quality of life. Gwen lives in Colorado and enjoys hiking, skiing and camping in the mountains outside of Gunnison.
